At Occtavo, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.

As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its progress.
If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the address.
We want you to feel comfortable and confident with every purchase. If something isn’t right, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as shapewear, intimate apparel, or products worn next to the skin are not eligible for return.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
